Postage and Packaging

All orders for delivery in the UK are charged at the amount shown in the shipping column on the order. The cost of the delivery charge depends on the weight of your order and sometimes its destination (eg highlands and islands carry a premium).  Please note, it is the responsibility of the customer to enter to correct postcode for delivery.  Delivery destinations outside mainland UK will have a different postage charge.  You can obtain an estimated delivery charge before placing your order. 

Items are dispatched depending on size and weight.  We use Royal Mail second class, My Hermes or Parcelforce within the UK 

Orders will usually be dispached within 48 hours of receiving payment but at busy times please allow a period of up to 7 days.  


You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch by emailing or phoning 01159 372727.  We will credit the original payment card or return your un-cashed cheque, within 30 days of your order.

Dispatched Items

Should the items already have been dispatched, please email or phone 01159 372727 as soon as possible and at most within 7 days of your order. Please return the item within 14 days for a full refund of the cost of the item. Any refund will be made within 30 days of our receipt of the returned goods and will be refunded to the card in question, or posted to you in the form of a cheque, should the order have been paid for by cheque. If an order was shipped using a free delivery offer, the net cost to us of the delivery will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Returned Items

Due to the nature of the goods, all items MUST be returned unused, in the condition to which they were received and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for postage for any returned items. We strongly recommend that the customer obtain proof of postage for any returned item.

Leisure Gardening is the sister company of Leisure Heating Limited – Trading as and accepts no responsibility for any injury arising from the use of any supplied products, especially arising from faulty or defective goods, or for any improper or inappropriate use of any product, or from allergies or adverse reactions. Any defective product should in the first instance be reported to us and in return we will, on your behalf pursue a replacement from the manufacturer. If we feel it appropriate, Leisure Heating Limited – Trading as will replace the item, at our discretion, whilst a replacement is being obtained from the manufacturer.

Leisure Heating Limited – Trading as cannot be held responsible for any delays, such as postal strikes, which are wholly outside our control.

Your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.
